SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Price: $100/month Term: 6 months, payment must be made up front. Service Included (Technician only) On-site: 1 hour Telephone: 45 minutes free (deducted in 15 minute increments) Remote Support: 1 hour Additional Services Cost On-site: $48/hour Telephone: $12/15 minutes Remote Support: $1/minute (minimum still applies) Engineering Services: $85/hour Time Guarantee: None (On-site NBD available for $25/month additional)
SMB (Small-Medium Business) Price: $300/month Term: 12 months, payment must be made up front. Service Included (Technician only) On-site: 5 hours Telephone: 75 minutes free (deducted in 15 minute increments) Remote Support: 5 hours Additional Services Cost On-site: $44/hour Telephone: $11/15 minutes Remote Support: $1/minute (minimum still applies) Engineering Services: $85/hour Time Guarantee: Next Business Day (On-site SBD available for $100/month additional)
LO (Large Organization) Price: $1200/month Term: 12 months, payment options available.
